TBT Project
The Terminal B Program is an ambitious three-part program to renovate IAH's 1969-era facility and triple its capacity through gate modifications and additions, as well as a new arrivals and departures facility.
Processor: Doubles the current building footprint, triples curbside capacity, adds a new Security Screening checkpoint, ticketing lobby, and inbound and outbound baggage systems.
B North: Demolishes the outmoded flight stations and constructs two new concourses for narrow-body and wide-body aircraft.
B South: Renovates existing infrastructure to accommodate 18 large regional jets and passenger loading bridges with optimized taxiways and taxi lanes.
What is ORAT?
It's the structured effort behind the scenes to identify and resolve challenges before opening day, ensuring our people, processes, and systems are fully prepared for the first passenger to arrive.
